How To Do Lunges Correctly and Get Results

When you do lunges correctly the results can be amazing very quickly.

Things to remember:-

  • Make sure you stay in alignment and your knee follows the direction of your toe.
  • Keep your abdominal muscles pulled in.
  • Keep your head up.
  • Keep your body upright.
  • Lead with your heel stepping forward.
  • Allow your back foot to naturally roll onto the ball whilst lunging.
