When will I see results?

That depends on a number of things your genetics, nutrition and how many times you exercise and the type of exercise you do.

How often should I exercise??

That depends on what your lifestyle is like but you can exercise up to 6 times a week if you want fast positive results. Your workout should be balanced and consist of a warm up and a cool down too.

Is there any truth to no pain no gain?

When exercising there has to eventually be a point where you push yourself past your comfort zone. Muscles have to work to failure, push yourself to your cardio limit and stretch to the point of mild discomfort. But only when you are ready.

Can I still exercise with muscle soreness?

Once again you have to take into consideration many factors, as sore muscles that are warm will still perform. well. Rest is an important factor but for someone that has never exercised before you must listen to your body.
