Your mind and body will be very prepared for activity when you have completed this warm up, as warm ups do make you ready for activity.
A cold body could make you susceptible to injury and many other issues so these should not be skipped.
It is a known fact that when you warm up properly you can exceed all expectations during physical activity that you do to improve yourself no matter what your goal may be even if it’s just a dance based exercise.
Doing movements which isolate your joints and then warm up your muscles and then increase your pulse make for a great warm up.
Don’t get me wrong there are many ways to warm up and they can be with or without music, but you must remember your biggest guide will always be how you feel.
Your pulse will raise and you will in effect feel warm are ready.
