The bingo wing workout arm exercise will help rid your arms of additional movement when waving. It will tone up your arms and upper body and if used everyday it will even increase your upperbody strength. The dictionary defines bingo wings as “folds of loose flesh or skin hanging from the undersides of a woman’s upper arms”.
